The Role

ESCO is looking for a Regional Marketing Manager who is able to visualize what the company want for the ESCO brand and communicate this vision to the team and inspire others. The Regional Marketing Manager must be able to formulate and execute business plans accurately. The Regional Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving ESCO's regional marketing strategy and execution. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.


The Regional Marketing Manager will work closely with the sales and technical teams, as well as key partners, to create compelling content, build brand awareness, and generate leads. The Regional Marketing Manager is also expected to align our regional offices with a common branding and identity.


The Responsibilities

  • Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with ESCO’s business goals and targets key market segments.
  • Brand Storytelling: Craft and communicate the ESCO brand story, highlighting our expertise, innovation, and customer-centric approach. Ensure that the brand narrative is consistently conveyed across all marketing channels and resonates with target audiences.
  • Regional Alignment: Collaborate with regional teams to tailor marketing strategies and campaigns that align with local market needs while maintaining global brand consistency. Ensure that regional efforts are integrated and contribute to the overall success of the brand.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage marketing campaigns, including events, to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints, maintaining ESCO’s reputation as a leader in both the AV and Security industries.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and trade shows to promote ESCO’s solutions and connect with potential clients.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Constantly seek new and innovative ways to improve our branding.


The Pre-Requisities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the AV or technology industry.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and brand management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM software, and social media management tools.
  • Good with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be organized, able to multi-task, and work under pressure.
  • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics method
