The Corporate Secretarial Executive will work closely with the Executive Director and Managers in the Corporate Secretarial (CoSec) department to provide overall management of the corporate secretarial work and facilitation as well as internal services of the corporate level and the external liaison work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a portfolio of local private limited companies and branches of foreign companies with minimal supervision.

Job Purpose

You will be part of Corporate Treasury within the Group Finance Division and be actively involved in the liquidity management activities.

The Job

1. Monitor & manage overall liquidity position:

- Review funding needs, cash flow forecast and manage the operational cash needs of the Company; and

- Track and report the liquidity metrics on a regular basis.

1. Manage & utilize liquidity facilities:

- Responsible to maintain existing liquidity facilities such as Revolving Credit Facilities and Repo and to secure new liquidity facilities when required;

1. Oversee third party collateral management service and related issues:

- Monitor the daily collateral activities; and

- Track and report the internal fund transfer pricing for collateral activities.

Under the supervision of the Regional Finance Director PCD TR APAC, you will be a key business partner in understanding and analyzing the complex yet fascinating and growing Travel Retail business of the APAC region.
