Job scope
• Generate and follow-up documentation which includes quotations to clients, supplier and customer invoices & delivery orders.
• Liaise with other departments like accounting & production.
• Generate management reports according to managers’ requirements.
• Assist engineers in reports and proposals.
• Assist in project related administrative works, e.g. compiling operation manuals and document filing
Requirements
• 2 to 3 years of equivalent working experience.
• ITE/Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or other related disciplines.
• Good team worker.
• Pleasant personality.
• Able to work under pressure and fastmoving environment. Willing to work beyond normal work hours occasionally when necessary.
