SCOPE OF THE ROLE AND BASIC PURPOSE

The position is designed to support the execution of projects within the Asia Pacific Consumer business, Skin Health. The role is to help manage and coordinate R&D execution of light to medium complexity projects in both innovation and life cycle management.

This will require:

• Assisting in End-to-End project management from inception to launch and ensure that projects are delivered on-time

The scope of key responsibilities includes:

• Maintains effective communication and working relationships among project core team.

1. Strategic Business Partnering and HR Advisory

• Build and develop a strong and trusted relationship with the HOCs/HODs, Managers and Staff of the assigned group to establish credibility and accountability
