Veracity is a consulting company that delivers digital workflows that matter. We are one of ServiceNow’s largest and fastest growing Elite services partners in the APAC region, and due to our rapid growth, we need a great sales leader to join us as an Enterprise Business Development Manager.
This is a full-time role, based in Singapore but selling to Telco and Commercial customers across South East Asia. A history of successfully selling services for SaaS platforms is essential, while a background in or understanding of ServiceNow will be an advantage, as that will be your responsibility here: working closely with ServiceNow to sell licenses and services to new and existing customers. Your role is the trusted advisor for customers to gain the most business value from the ServiceNow platform.
While you will have some initial accounts to manage in your territory, initially most of your work will be territory development: from territory sales strategy, to prospect qualification, to overachieving budget. You will work closely with sales leadership and the presales team to introduce Veracity to existing ServiceNow customers and building relationships with ServiceNow and other key partners. A key target in the first year will be net new logos, and over time the role will transition to more account management.
We deliver true enterprise value, so while you are probably most comfortable calling on IT, you will need to rapidly become comfortable calling on a range of senior stakeholders, especially finance, HR and customer service. Skills selling services for ERP systems like SAP, or selling industry specific solutions for Telco and Commercial would therefore transfer well. You have a solution selling or customer-centric selling background, with excellent written and verbal communication and influence skills, a history or exceeding sales targets, and a hunger to grow. You will be given direction on where you are going, not an exact map and micro-directions on how to get there so you need to be comfortable with being a self-starter.

Your responsibilities will include:
- To meet or exceed sales targets on a quarterly basis
- To meet or exceed individual KPI’s based on outbound call volume, lead generation targets and opportunity conversion targets.
- Actively promote Veracity's ServiceNow solutions products and services to prospects, customers and partners via a range of channels.
- Follow up on leads generated from relationships, partnerships, trade shows, webinars, executive luncheons, website, email or other sources.
- Build and develop customer relationships.
- Handle entire sales and inside sales process from lead generation to presentation to proposal to close, with support and coaching from your manager and the presales team
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services, industry trends, and competition
- Maintain current and accurate account and contact information, as well as lead and opportunity status and activity in our CRM
- Must have experience in selling services for SaaS software preferably with Telco or Commercial industry experience.
Your skills and competencies need to include:
- Minimum 4 years field sales or inside sales experience preferably in services for software or technology, focused on commercial and enterprise business
- A solid understanding of SaaS concepts and be comfortable discussing the business outcomes of technology with customers
- Demonstrate effectiveness through weekly reports to track performance and results
- Be able to operate successfully in a rapidly changing, ambiguous and less defined environment.
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take the initiative to get things done
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once (flexible and self-sufficient)
- Positive attitude, wiling to learn, self-motivated and persistent
- Must have experience in selling services for SaaS software preferably with Telco or Commercial industry experience.
- Selling into Govt experience preferred
