Job Scope:
i. The ICT Trainer shall work closely with the Head of Department (HOD) for ICT to design and implement an ICT training programme for Primary 1 to Primary 6 pupils.
ii. Collaborate with HODs from various departments and subject-level representatives to manage the ICT Training Programme and training schedules.
iii. Assist in other ICT-related tasks, including facilitating and preparing students for ICT competitions during non-coaching hours.
iv. Develop teaching content and resources during non-coaching hours to enhance the learning experience.
v. Assist in refreshing and updating the school’s website content. Basic to intermediate HTML knowledge will be considered an added advantage.
vi. Plan and conduct simple coding lessons for Primary 3 to Primary 6 students in the ICT Club, incorporating Social Emotional Learning (SEL) skills.
vii. Assist the school in designing and creating digital media, such as graphic posters and videos, for school events during non-coaching hours.
viii. Manage photography and videography for school events and classroom observations. Proficiency in photo/video editing software and experience handling photography equipment is required.
Working Arrangement:
Contract Duration: 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025
Working Hours:
• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Fridays: 7:30am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public
holidays

Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in conducting similar ICT-related programmes
- Diploma in Infocomm and Technology, Multi Media, Graphic Design, or a related programme.
The Personnel should also preferably have the following qualifications,
skills, and experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in Google Suite apps for Education.
- Proficient in photography and videography
- Proficiency in video and graphic editing software
- Proficiency in Isomer for website publication.
- Familiarity with Baseline ICT Skills and Digital Literacy, and the ability to plan and design ICT lessons incorporating SEL skills in students.
- Proficiency in simple coding.
