Main Responsibilities:

• Provide Sales administrative support to ensure business transactions closure from Sales orders
• through preparation of orders, invoices and provide verification and follow-up to ensure timely
• delivery of shipment at all times
• Coordinate, prepare, monitor and constantly follow-up on order statuses and delivery schedules
• with overseas companies, suppliers and customers
• Ensure accurate and timely data entries into the necessary systems and distribution of
• documents to the respective parties
• Handle transaction enquiries, resolve and report operational issues promptly
• Provide support to Salesperson
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management from time to time

Requirements:

• Minimum of Diploma with at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot table, Functions and Formulae), Word and PowerPoint
• Proficient in SAP system is advantage
• Able to commerce work immediately or within short notice will be an advantage
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Associates who can only converse in Mandarin

What you will do

• Optimize data analytics reporting and tools to support efficient understanding for the demand planning team
• Utilize statistical methods and machine learning for forecasting future product demand
• Analyze demand drivers including seasonality, economic indicators, competitor activity, and product launches
• Monitor forecast accuracy, identify areas for improvement, and refine forecasting models
• Gather and clean data from diverse sources such as sales history and marketing campaigns for accurate analysis

What you bring

Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics or other related studies
• At least 3 years of experience as an analyst in demand, supply planning, logistics, or inventory management in mid- to large-scale international organization
• Proficiency in business analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL, Excel VBA, or others.
• Exposure to Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and similar tools is advantageous.
• Good understanding of forecast models, supply chain processes, and practices, coupled with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
