We are looking for an energetic and vibrant individual with experience in Business Development or Marketing. In this newly created role, you will be working closely with teams in Singapore and across ASEAN to support growth through implementing the regions Marketing and Business Development strategy. 

This position requires a high degree of organisation with the ability to engage with colleagues across countries, departments and at all levels. The successful candidate will receive guidance and support to ensure success.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound enquiries and maintain a pipeline of opportunities.
• Collaborate with Directors and Partners across various service lines to respond quickly to enquiries.
• Communicate with existing clients and prospects to understand their needs.
• Maintain client activities in our CRM system.
• Prepare reports on business opportunities, progress and KPIs.
• Assist in preparing proposals and templates, ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines.
• Act as the key point of contact for multi-firm proposals and collaborate with firms across ASEAN to gather materials required for proposals.
• Track and monitor proposal progress, ensuring coordination and communication.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, experience in professional services a plus.
• Strong teamwork, initiative, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage senior-level relationships.
• Strong skills in written and oral English.
• Proficient in Microsoft office.
• Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
• Technical knowledge in either tax or audit is a plus

• Explain to existing customers the new ways or methods to improve current process or system
• Analyse market needs and opportunities in key accounts within assigned verticals.
• Analyse customer needs to determine the prevalent trends, dynamics and market movements.
• Develop sales proposals/tender documents.
• Execute sketch prototypes, visualisations and mock-ups for design development.
• Perform basic risk assessments.
• Apply operational policies, standards and procedures.
• Perform administrative support for project management processes.
• Resolve customer relationship management conflicts.
• Analyse customer information and needs to improve customer relationships.
• Deploy logistics services that meet customer requirements.
• Propose ways to eliminate gaps and weaknesses in supply chain operations.
• Develop plans to implement innovative logistics solutions.
• Gather information on the latest technology trends.
• Review latest technology trends for application to logistics business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain with at least 1 year of relevant experience in sales and business development.
• 2 years of relevant experience in Sales and Business Development.
• Logistics experience / knowledge in creating new system or process for company.
• Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer orientation and customer relationship mindset.
• Independent working trait with strong decision making and problem-solving skill

• Handle renewal business and checking of policies.
• Collate documents and information relating to claims as received from various parties.

Requirements:

• Certificate in General Insurance
• Diploma in Business Management or equivalent
