Our client is the world’s leading producer of Niobium, a chemical element/mineral resource that primarily improves the strength of steel and has many different applications. The nature of their business involves the extraction, processing, manufacturing, and marketing of this chemical element, developing and providing technology for each application and final product. Responsibilities:

· Execute with a final supervision of the general manager the Price Adjustment (applicable to our partners in Japan and China).

Role Overview:

The Business Manager will be a critical member of the CAP Team, reporting directly to the Senior Director. He/she will work across all CAP projects, as an overall project manager, to co-design, organize, support, guide and review various inside-of-CAP processes (business processes improvement, knowledge management, project management), as well as liaise with other CFS teams, such as Business Operations/Finance and Tech, to ensure effective and efficient administrative, project, reporting and grantmaking processes.

Operations Management
