• Preparation and consolidation of reports based on internal (Management) and external (CPE, SSG, AIC, NSA, Funding Projects) requirement.

Responsibilities:

• Promote company brands through sales visits, in-house trade
• events and similar initiatives
• Drive business relationships with customers
• Collaborate with architects/designers on their projects, to achieve design intents, project schedules and budgetary constraints.
• Develop varying strategies in achieving sales targets.
• Fulfil client briefs and enquiries, with excellent follow through in project management.
• Addressing adequately and appropriately to quotations, proposals, tender submissions required.

Requirements:

• Diploma with minimum of 1 year sales experience
• Experience in B2B markets is essential
• Must have Class 3 or Class 3A license – Vehicle Provided
• Must be able to work and interact with designers/architects and landscape architects
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking associate.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. This client-facing role focuses on generating and managing sales within Singapore. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the welding industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Singapore market.

Job Description:

• Handle calls, walk-in enquiries, goods delivery, school mails, parcels dispatch. Attending to pupils who are unwell.
• Ensure cleanliness & tidiness of the reception area.
• Preparation and verification of documents over the counter.
• Assist in the checking for completeness of student application form submitted and informing of parents on the outcome of application.
• Maintain telephone listing of school.
• Follow up on collection of Singapore Graduation Certificate for graduated students.
