Work closely with the Pre-Sales & Implementation Director, and Sales and Business Development teams to develop and execute pre-sales plans, focusing on client engagement and workshop, technical discussions, solution demonstrations and presentations. Your tasks include:
· Understanding client requirements, both functional and technical, and design tailored solutions that align with our product portfolio and capabilities.
· Collaborating with the sales team to support business development efforts, contributing to RFPs/RFIs and proposals, and delivering compelling presentations.
· Owning the submissions for all Requests for information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in a detailed and professional level
· Acting as a technical expert and trusted advisor to clients, understanding their challenges and goals and providing insights and recommendations for effective solution implementation.
· Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to drive innovation and identify new business opportunities.
· Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and partners, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
· Contributing to continuous improvement of our pre-sales processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, or other related disciplines).
Knowledge / Experience
· Proven experience in a similar role, focusing on pre-sales and customer engagement with Enterprise Asset Management Systems and Integration industry or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions.
· At least 5 years or more experience in the related industry and technology field.
· Experienced in industry sectors such as Energy & Utilities or Transportation.
· Strong technical background and expertise in relevant technologies, products, and solutions.
· Experienced in presenting and demonstrating EAM / ERP and other related products.
· Some experience in Digital Twin solutions and related technologies.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey and articulate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering results.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think strategically to meet client needs and drive business growth.
· Pro-active attitude with a resourceful mindset.
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
