Main Duties:
Assist in the development and execution of trade marketing strategies.
Collaborate with sales teams to implement promotional campaigns and events.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Provide support for trade shows and other promotional events.
- Retail Marketing for Offline Gourmet Retail Shop and Online Eshop:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales in both offline and online channels.
Create engaging content for promotional materials, including in-store displays and online campaigns.
Monitor customer engagement and sales performance, adjusting strategies as necessary.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive brand presence.
- Marketing Apps Maintenance:
Oversee the maintenance and updates of marketing applications and tools.
Work closely with IT and external vendors to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements.
Train team members on the effective use of marketing applications.
Ensure all marketing materials are up-to-date and aligned with brand guidelines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in FMCG trade marketing or retail marketing.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, and social media.
