Provide marketing consulting to Domino’s international Master Franchisees to influence strong marketing strategies in all markets to grow and protect the brand while enforcing and educating on brand guardrails and principles. JOB REQUIREMENT / RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Main scope of this role covers contracts, corporate secretarial, insurance, and corporate records & policies.

· Manage corporate secretarial matters, including matters related to board of directors matters.

· Maintain corporate documentation and records, including but not limited to legal, compliance, corporate secretarial, corporate policies, license, permits, trademarks, insurance, customer / supplier / consultancy / other contracts.

· Manage insurance renewal and claim process. Participate in insurance risk and strategy formulation.

· Manage contract management process, including drafting, reviewing, and independent judgement on the use of external counsels.

· Develop and maintain corporate processes, including but not limited to insurance, corporate secretarial, contract, or other related matters.

· Create and maintain best practice templates for legal documents, including but not limited to customer contracts, supplier contracts, non-disclosure agreements, standard terms and conditions for purchase orders.

· Manage and maintain relationship with external service provider including but not limited to insurance agents, corporate secretarial service providers, external legal counsel.

· Assist in ESG initiatives.

· Deliver training programs on various risk, legal and compliance matters as needed.

· Monitor changes in regulatory risks and industry best practices, suggest updates accordingly.

EDUCATION / ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION

· Diploma/Degree on legal and compliance related discipline

KEY REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ABILITY

· Minimum 8 years post qualification experience in multinational corporate environment.

· Strong command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.

· Well-structured and organized, attention to detail.

· Ability to apply legal and compliance concept practically in corporate environment.

• Administer all export of goods and ensure compliance with all organizational policies and procedures, monitor & manage all communication with all distributors assigned to his/her.
• Responsible for assigned markets and developing the markets strategically in accordance with the company’s business plan
• Managing and reviewing the marketing budgets for the assigned markets, to account for sales growth and profitability of the markets.

Required Skill(s):
