Sales Executive

• Working days & hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri 8:45am – 5:45pm

Job duties:

• Process reservations for individual travelers, groups, and MICE events with accuracy and efficiency, promoting sustainable travel options.
• Partner with eco-friendly accommodations and tour operators to offer sustainable travel packages.
• Educate clients on sustainable travel practices and the importance of responsible tourism.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the travel industry, specifically handling FIT/Group/ MICE bookings.
• Proficient in using reservation systems and travel-related software.
• In-depth knowledge of FIT/Group/ MICE travel trends and requirements.

Job Scope:

• Be the brand ambassador for the restaurants under the group – develop and oversee brand image in media and other platforms, and ensuring correct brand applications
• Develop and implement yearly marketing strategies and plans based on business and marketing data to achieve the group’s target
• Be the main driver for digital marketing – website, SEO, SEM, social media, influencers etc
• Create and manage content across platforms, including websites
• Plan and implement lead generation activities
• Good communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare and communicate any promotional / marketing campaigns to restaurants staff
• Analyse results from all marketing activities and suggest areas of improvements
• Research and analysis data on market trends, market opportunities, competitor and customers
• Take charge of database management
• Any other job-related duties as assigned

The ideal candidate should be:

• Passionate with at least 3 years of experience in F&B or related scenes
• Highly motivated and self-driven
• Able to work independently
• Able to initiate and drive campaigns
• Able to analyse business and marketing data to drive business decisions
• Possess an aesthetic eye for photography

• Possess a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields.
• Proven experience as Business Analyst with extensive testing experience, preferably in the financial or investment industry.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Proficient in SQL.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
