The Business Analyst develops and designs system/data product solutions, tests the performance and usability of systems/data product and prepares user training documentation. He/She handles situations which may require broad research of client business processes and requirements, information technology requirements, procedures or problems according to business needs. He acts as a liaison between system users and technical staff to address questions and issues. He possesses an analytical mind, and is able to see interconnections with system solutions and usability. Requirements / Qualifications

BS Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering and equivalent practical experience

• 7-8 years of working experience with successful track record in project/operations management, business analyst, user and vendor management as well as coordinating technology projects amongst multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in healthcare industry is an added advantage.
