Job Description

ClearSK Medical Aesthetics Group is inviting a Corporate Development Analyst to support our strategic growth initiatives. This role is pivotal in analyzing and monitoring the progress of our corporate development projects and programs.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Marketing and Corporate Development Director in strategic project analysis and monitoring.
• Analyze daily reports and trackers from program PICs to assess performance against KPIs.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on quantitative analysis to guide corporate development strategies.

Job Description:

- Provide great customer service by assisting customers with product selection and answering queries

The Marketing Lead will report directly to the Chief of Staff.

Job Scope

• Oversee concept development, driving brand awareness and positioning.
• Develop and execute marketing strategy for concept launches and ongoing marketing operations, including digital marketing (SEO, SEM, advertising), events, partnerships, customer experience, and sales channels.
• Manage relationships and negotiate with external parties including creative agencies, public relations firms, and technology vendors.
• Foster strong relationships with brand partners for collaborations, cross-promotions etc.
• Synthesize operational data, market research, and consumer surveys in order to make recommendations on (a) how to continuously improve the customer, employee and other stakeholder experience, (b) how to maximize the value of our existing brands, and (c) which new market segments to enter given competitive dynamics and future trends.

• Manage and mentor the marketing team

Requirements

• Deep understanding of and interest in fitness / wellness / health from both the consumer and business perspective.
• More than 5 years of experience in marketing / advertising, especially at leading agencies and / or fitness / wellness / health / hospitality companies.
• Strategic thinker who is comfortable with being both analytical (crunching numbers and synthesizing information) and creative (recognizing, giving feedback on, and where appropriate creating copy, images, colors, and other brand elements that resonate with our target audience).
• Proactive, open, and flexible mindset and ability to work in a dynamic startup environment where we value constant iteration and improvement through constructive feedback.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills and confidence in interacting with senior external stakeholders.
• High degree of conscientiousness and track record of keeping commitments and exceeding expectations.

· Assist to the department head to carry out construction engineering market development, establish and maintain customer relations;

Requirements;

· Min qualification require Bachelor degree.

· 5 years work experience is preferred

· Mandarin proficiency required for liaising with Chinese stakeholders

· Good presentation, familiar with business communication etiquette, and strong ability of public relations and social activities

· Strong interpersonal skills, good at listening, understand customer needs

· Dedication, practical, responsible, careful and rigorous, have good professional quality and team spirit and strong communication and organization and coordination ability

· Strong ability to work under pressure and adapt to frequent overseas business trips.
