Senior Analyst, Actuarial

Job Summary:

This is an individual contributor role where the Senior Analyst will report to the Director and be responsible for actuarial modelling & analysis to ensure accurate & timely IFRS17 financial reporting as well as maximize value for the company. Key Responsibilities:

Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst to become part of the Accident & Health actuarial team. You will be part of a dynamic team primarily consisting of actuaries, contributing to Group Insurance business initiatives and overall business objectives.

The Job

• Assist in policy enquiries escalated to Actuarial
• Assist in documentation relating to Par and UL processes
• Assist in other ad hoc requests / projects relating to Par and UL business

Who we are looking for:

Competencies & Personal Traits

• Good technical, analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to work independently
• Experience with Microsoft Excel VBA is preferred

Working Experience

• 0 to 3 years in relevant fields of discipline

Professional Qualifications

• Good progress in actuarial exams

Education

• Degree or diploma in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or Finance
