Primary Duties

Project Planning & Implementation

• Obtain endorsement for scope of works (from relevant authorities / stakeholders)
• Plan and prepare schedule for project implementation
• Manage all Builders' and M&E works
• Conduct weekly site meetings with client and all sub-contractors
• Obtain quotes and appoint sub-contractors

Project Costing

• Prepare and monitor project costing and overview of profitability

Commissioning and Handover

• Carry out testing and commissioning of Builder, LAN, M&E works and etc
• Conduct handover inspection with client and obtain endorsement
• Complete defect rectification works promptly
• Collate and submit As-Built Drawings and Fire Safety Certificate to client / landlord / building management

Collection of Payment

• Update claims and obtain client's endorsement for Variation Orders
• Submit progress payment claims/Variation Orders to Finance for billing
• Ensure timely submission of drawings to obtain release of renovation deposits

Job Requirements:

• Diploma /Degree in Project Management /Engineering /Design /QS
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in similar leadership role preferably in interior design/construction industry
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Resourceful & meticulous
• Positive mindset with "can do attitude"
• Analytical and well organized
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for a senior role
• Singaporean and PR only

Requirement:

• Technical Expertise: Proficient in managing Windows servers (2019, 2022), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Exchange (2019 and online); skilled in VMware vSphere (8.x), ESXi, and server hardware management (Dell, Lenovo).
• System Administration: Responsible for routine administration tasks, including server monitoring, troubleshooting, patch management, and vulnerability assessments in a Windows Active Directory environment.
• Documentation & Training: Produce and maintain documentation for server configurations and processes; provide training and technical support to L1 engineers.
• On-Call Support: Participate in an on-call rotation for 24/7 coverage of critical systems and issues, ensuring efficient resolution of customer problems.
• Project Implementation: Experience in enterprise-level project implementation and support; must possess strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Qualifications: Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience and a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or higher in Computer/Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and arranging of food ingredients to meet the daily production demands
• Operating a variety of kitchen appliances including mixer and ovens
• Packaging of finished products to be sent to outlets / hotels
• Maintaining the cleanliness in the kitchens including cooking surfaces and equipment and utensils
• R&D new products

Qualities:

• Min 1 year of relevant working experience appreciated
• Should possess passion and interest in pastry-making
• A team player who works efficiently to fulfil the production demands
• Willing to learn new recipes and harness new methods of production

Working Hours:

• 8-9 hours work per day (8/9amam to 5/6pm)
• 6 days’ work week
