Job Descriptions

• Ensures complete & accurate switched shipping documents, including vendors; documents, received from bonded provider-YMAC (TH group company) to be e-filled for purchase & sales recognition (system vs. actual vs. data interface received at Accounting) & audit purposes
• Check accuracy for submissions related to non-trading & payment for Navision invoices received from bonded provider-YMAC (TH group company)-for submission to Accounting
• Ensure Original Navision invoices with authorized signatory are dispatched to the correct parties where applicable
• Ensure correct GST classifications for reporting & confirmation to Accounting

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing forward planning on materials stock plan
• Responsible for liaising with all extenal vendors on subcontracting job particularly on their PO, DO, shipment arrangment, delivery schedule and quality delivery service to production.
• Responsible for procuring production material based on master planning requirement for manufacturing and also support Production to procure consumable items.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business
• Min 2 years of working experience in Production planning, FIFO for material supply and good supplier communication and basic procurement SOP.
• Knowledge and experience using MRP or ERP system for planning and inventory control.
