Roles and Responsibilities

· Responsible for the End to End IT Infrastructure Operations and support in Airport and for the Airline company

· Manage the MDM Platform which includes maintenance, policy management, customization and administration

· Manage application packaging, customizing packaging, testing them and deploying them to production using VMWare Workspace One.

· Managing the Citrix environment, published applications, VDI support and administration

· Golden Image management for the organization and performing regression testing, UAT and periodic maintenance

· Provide technical and architectural support for any new requirement from customer in the IT infrastructure End User Computing.

· Track the Service Levels and Performance Metrics for each service area and work on improving the standards based on Industry analysis of Best in class metrics

· Work on mitigating the Vulnerabilities reported by End Point Security tool

· Work closely with the customer on plan for upgrade of Legacy unsupported environment to Newer version

· Experience in handling high severity issues and coordinating across to work for resolution.

Main tasks

- Lead to analyse and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes

- Lead to establish measures to assess progress, savings, and targets

- Lead to monitor the effectiveness of category performance report processes, data analysis and make recommendations for system, process and performance improvements
