• Able to develop strong business relationships within all levels of organizations, including senior level executives
• Effective in leading, managing & motivating a sales team

Operations Manager (Freight Forwarding)

• Accountable for the successful management of assigned key accounts.
• Lead, oversee, and coordinate operations for export/import order fulfillment as the primary point of contact.
• Supervise, recruit, and train staff to achieve operational excellence.
