· Flush and fill aircraft lavatories

· Ability to push heavy cargo loads onto and off aircraft

· Accomplish other related duties as assigned by the Station Manager and Deputy Station Manager.

BASIC JOB QUALIFICATIONS

1. Have Valid Singapore Class 4 Driver License

2. Ability to learn how to operate 4K / 10K Forklift, 25K Halverson aircraft loader, aircraft baggage conveyer, Lavatory servicing truck and Passenger service truck.

3. Ability to read and write English

4. Ability to carry 70 pounds of cargo or passenger luggage.

EDUCATION:

Min Secondary School and above

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 2 years’ experience.

• Driving a REL / hooklift truck to perform waste and recycling collection in accordance with the schedule in a safe, professional, and timely manner
• Simple filling up of service/ delivery order forms
• Performing and recording daily checks
• Performing and recording of minor maintenance tasks of vehicle such as greasing, fluid top-ups, to ensure vehicle in tip-top working condition
• Upkeep of vehicle’s interior and exterior and maintain its cleanliness

Key Activities / Accountabilities

• Liaising with the business unit to ensure that shipments are prioritized in line with customer production and distribution requirements.
• Communicating all delays and issues to the customer, working with the business unit and suppliers to mitigate risk and provide solutions.
• Liaising with the business unit to ensure that pricing is provided in a timely manner to supply planners as requested.
• Supply documentation & shipment specific requirements to our origin & destination teams to enable the delivery of goods.
• Registering of jobs where required.
• Booking of local courier pick-ups as required.
• Meet all Quality, Environmental and OH&S criteria and ensure adherence to all requirements and procedures as stipulated in the Geodis IMS Manual
• Provide support and/or training to the customer within Geodis’ suite of e-solutions
• Shipment milestone maintenance and upkeep within the GEODIS operating platform.
