- Hold thorough reviews in advance of every new product launch and other key events such as Quarter end and Black Friday to ensure sufficient receiving, storage, pick/pack capacity is in place.

- Hold regular readiness reviews for the yearly NPI and promotional peaks to ensure staffing, shift patterns, space, layout and equipment are sufficient. Develop contingency plans to support business in case of performance issues.

- Manage and develop talent with functional skill sets, redundancy and succession planning.

- Work cross functionally with the Supply Chain and 3PL to ensure compliance to contract and supply chain re-engineering initiatives.

Candidate must have

Responsibilities

• Take charge of ship repair, construction, and conversion projects, providing direction and management.
• Lead daily VSCC meetings to address safety concerns related to hot works and incompatible tasks onboard, ensuring the well-being of personnel and property.
• Ensure adherence to repair/refit schedules through effective planning, project monitoring, cost control, and timely execution.
• Cultivate positive relationships with customers, fostering teamwork and demonstrating a strong commitment to their interests.
• Resolve daily conflicts at the operational level by closely monitoring and coordinating sequential and incompatible tasks that may impact the project's master schedule.
• Maintain close communication with classification societies, ship owners, specialist engineers, vessel crew, and ship agents to ensure the successful completion of projects that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

• Candidate should have previous experience chairing VSCC Meetings
• Successful candidate should have completed the Ship Repair Management Certification
• At least 7 years of experience in Marine / Heavy Industries
• Diploma or Degree in Marine / Mechanical / or Naval Architecture
• Experience in cable laying, pipe laying or turrets is highly advantageous

The Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing the movement process, distribution and storage of goods. Duties And Responsibilities:

-To facilitate the hazard identification and risk management sessions.

-To prepare and submit risk assessments.

-To add new hazards that are identified, monitor and update the hazards in the register to ensure all hazards are mitigated and closed

-To attend the Safety Offcer Project Safety Committee Meetings and any other risk management meetings directed by the S.O.

-To develop the project risk management plan in alignment with the Client’s framework.

-To ensure common use of Sinohydro risk matrices and assessment tools.

-To develop and maintain the project risk register.

-To work with other project personnel responsible for implementation of specific risk (i.e. HSE, technical and cost/ schedule) management related activities to ensure work is conducted in accordance with project the risk management plan.

-To review risk register’s current controls for effectiveness.

-To participate in the monthly monitoring of the risk register with the Project Director and provision of the monthly project risk report.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.

-Risk Management experience is a must.

-Experience in context of construction industry for water treatment plant is a plus.

• Plan and allocate resources for daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and timeliness in distribution.
• Assist in developing and refining warehousing policies and procedures to maintain proper internal controls and handling practices.
• Oversee shelving and storage management to ensure proper organization and utilization of space.
• Ensure inventory accuracy by monitoring daily warehouse activities, conducting cycle counts, stock takes, and verifying audit results.
• Drive continuous improvement by implementing principles from Toyota’s Japanese production system, such as Kaizen and Genchi Genbutsu, to optimize warehouse workflows and processes.
• Enforce safety procedures in warehouse operations, ensuring compliance among team members during daily tasks.
• Exhibit strong leadership by motivating and organizing team members to achieve or exceed productivity targets.
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to Management and Headquarters (JHQ).
• Participate in the recruitment, training, and professional development of warehouse personnel.

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.
