We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our logistics operations at Omni United Co. Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating sea freight, inland transportation, and warehouse activities to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply chain processes. 1. Sea Freight Management:

5. Cost Management:

Develop and implement cost-effective strategies for sea freight, transportation, and warehouse operations.

Monitor and analyse logistics costs, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.

Negotiate contracts with logistics service providers to achieve favourable terms and conditions.

6. Team Leadership:

Lead and motivate a diverse team of logistics professionals comprising of Logistics executives and co-ordinators. Close collaboration with Sales, Customer Service and Supply Chain planners and other related key stakeholders will be necessary part of this role

Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

• Working Hour: Mon - Fri 8.30am - 6.30pm

Job Scope:

• Collaborating closely with the Purchasing and Shipping departments to facilitate a streamlined and seamless operation.
• Primarily engaged in administrative tasks related to processing local sales orders and managing delivery schedules.
• Verifying freight and courier charges for customers.
• Providing on-the-job training for the ERP system as part of the job responsibilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
