• Collate results and proper reporting conducted for any breach of Fit and proper guidelines by advisers.
• Maintain and update the SOP where applicable

Other Administrative Matters:

• Monthly check on new business submission for suspended advisers
• Monthly Reactivation Exercise
• Administration of Adviser’s Health Benefit and Professional Indemnity entitlement

3. Receive Survey report (from Surveyor) & OBLS (from carrier).
4. Send Survey report/OBL copy to customer to receive back up LOI. Customer Sales should send the document copies to the customers.
5. Confirmed LOI/s to be sent to Vessel Operators to facilitate Discharge of shipment at POD in lieu of OBL
6. Prepares draft Documents as per L/Cs and confirmed Quantities
7. Make COO from Chamber of Commerce Basis doc requirements
8. Make draft LOI basis confirmed BL/back up LOI and share with process owners for approval.
9. Collect Original BLs from the carrier.
10. Obtain COO from COC, prepare CMI, PKL, SR, drafts etc.
11. COO to be submitted for GCC shipments.
12. Certificate of origin to be submitted whenever required.
13. Consolidate the Documents as per LC and Dispatch to the Nominated Bank/s to share the Non-Negotiable documents to CSR
14. To follow up with Nominated Bank for clean document confirmation
15. To follow up for courier AWB No to be shared with CSR
