Job Description:
1. Client Management & Development
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, while identifying and engaging new clients.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide expert consultation and services.
- Develop tailored transportation plans, provide quotations and contracts, and nurture long-term partnerships through regular follow-ups and feedback.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality services and addressing any concerns or feedback.
2. File & Data Management
- Handle all relevant client files and data, including contracts, quotations, waybills, and financial statements, ensuring proper documentation and archiving.
- Update and maintain the cargo tracking system and customer databases in real-time, ensuring data accuracy and security.
- Prepare and submit regular statistical and analytical reports, providing insights and data support as needed.
3. Team Collaboration
- Work closely with supervisors and colleagues across different offices to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Participate in team discussions, share insights, and contribute to problem-solving efforts to optimize service delivery.
4. Compliance & Professional Development
- Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards, while safeguarding the legitimate rights of clients and the company.
- Ensure confidentiality and information security by protecting trade secrets and sensitive data.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, including training sessions and assessments, to continuously enhance your skills and performance.
Job Requirements:
1. Education & Work Experience
- A minimum of a college degree, with preference for majors in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields.
- Must hold Singapore residency or work authorization with experience working in Singapore.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, with a strong client base and proven ability to attract new business being highly desirable.
2. Skills & Expertise
- In-depth knowledge of logistics processes, with excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in office software for data management and reporting.
