Key Responsibilities
* Clollabrate with Senior management to align airfreight strategies with overall company objectives.
* Respond to the client in time, work closely with internal teams, build relationships, and retain existing client accounts
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
*Manage the shipments progress, database, and delivery clerance with transporter
*Provide guidance, training, and support to enhance teams' performance
* Build and maintain strong relationships with Clients, ensuring their airfreight needs are met
*Address and resolve customer concerns promptly
Requirement:
*Diplomat in Logistics or Business Afministration or equivalent
*8 years experience in freight forwarding industry
*Experience in Airfreight operations or Customer Service
