Job Description:

• Responsible for defining and implementing the company’s sourcing strategy across his/her categories in collaboration with the Sourcing Director
• Drive sourcing strategy to support strategic opportunities, global balance and help company achieve our financial plans

Previous experience in a large US Sourcing/Buying office would be preferred

• Degree educated in business or related discipline

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
• Demonstrated leadership skills, but must be a team player
• Ability to multi-task successfully and prioritize while meeting critical deadlines

The Job Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in import/export operations, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Familiarity with import procedures and customs regulations in Singapore, including HS codes, GST, and customs documentation requirements.
• Proficiency in using import-related software and systems, such as TradeNet and customs declaration platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing import documents and completing customs declarations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job description:

• Work in Global Supply Chain organization, to support various SCM functions including demand management, S&OP process, warehouse and distribution operation.
• Handle Order to Cash process throughout the Company’s network.
• Perform daily operation activities in purchase order, sales order and delivery management including, for example, release replenishment PO to the China factory, accept customer orders, release SO and packing list to customers, arrange delivery routing.
