JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage daily fleet maintenance and operations.

1. Managing fleet of vehicles in accordance to company’s policies and work with finance department to validate our current active fleet strength
2. Ensure proper documentations of all operations and fleet related accounts, invoices, summons.
3. Responding to all internal/external correspondences related to fleet and operational enquiries are well attended.
4. Coordinate vehicle inspection, maintenance, and servicing of fleet.
5. Ensure the general upkeep and cleanliness of the fleets.
6. Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, safety policies and work instructions.
7. Perform admin duties including data entry, filing and achieving, basic accounting, book-keeping, receipt management
8. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• Min 2-3 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge of motor claims will be an advantage
• Monitoring for VPC, Insurance, Road tax etc

• Proficient in both procurement and logistics functions.
• Experience in supply chain management preferred.
• Proficiency in Purchase Order accuracy and logistics management.

• Proven track record in process enhancement and optimization.

Job Description

• Full range of order processing duties, including inquiries, quotes, orders, and invoices
• Process technical Orders and requisitions by comparing items requested to master list
• Procure items at the best prices from the best sources and/or utilize existing stock in hand Co-ordinate with warehouse on stock requisitions and prepares orders
• Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers and forwarder to ensure that all items are delivered to vessels on time
• Prepare essential export documents, such as packing lists and weight/volume calculations.
• Posting of Delivery Orders for billing
• Issuing of Goods Returned Notes for item rejected by customer, Resolves shipment error with suppliers
• To board the vessel in case necessary
• Maintain and expand dealers’ network and build strong customer relationships through excellent customer service
• Perform additional duties as assigned on an ad-hoc basis

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in the ship chandler industry preferred
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Ability to display analytical and problem-solving skills
• Capable of working under continual time constraints
• To work in a fast-paced environment, dynamic & motivated personality, able to work independently

• Efficiently manage workshop time, ensuring optimal utilization.
• Oversee daily operations, prioritize tasks, and maintain a smooth workflow.

KPI Reporting:

• Generate and analyze KPI reports to evaluate workshop performance.
• Implement improvements based on data insights to enhance efficiency.

Warranty Claims:

• Familiar with warranty claims process with manufacturers.
• Ensure compliance with warranty procedures and documentation.

Technical Expertise:

• Utilize automotive knowledge and engineering training to guide repairs.
• Good understanding of automotive components and compliance standards to assist in homologation work.

Coordination:

• Coordinate work with external vendors and internal customers.
• Facilitate effective communication to ensure seamless operations among the different sections.

Equipment and Tools:

• Familiarity with workshop equipment and tools.
• Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of tools and machinery.

Aftersales Marketing:

• Assist in creating promotional materials and packages for Aftersales services.
• Manage and improve on social media marketing and exposure.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in workshop time controlling and KPI reporting.
• Computer savvy with proficiency in relevant software.
• Strong understanding of warranty claims processes.
• Automotive parts knowledge and engineering background.
• Technical expertise in automotive repairs.
• Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively.
• Familiarity with dealership operations is advantageous.
• Reports to Aftersales Management for daily jobs and weekly progress.

Working hours: 8am to 8pm

Salary: $3000 - $5000 ± (inclusive of trip incentives)

Job Responsibilities

• To perform deliveries for orders to constructions sites and site support activities such as trailer shifting or collections
• To perform internal trucking of good when required
• To perform Import and Export trucking when required to and from port
• To support downstream production centers in shifting of trailers
• To support logistics internal shifting work and repair and maintenance

• Singapore Class 4 driving license or above
