• Provide prompt updates to customers’ requests including space management, pricing, quotation and local issue escalation.
• Continuous growth in productivity for sales efficiency and to deliver KPIs in both TEUs and contribution margin
• Conduct regular sales calls and meetings to understand customer need, market development and opportunities
• Preparation and implementation of Tenders/RFQ
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or Key account management experiences in freight shipping or forwarding industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
