• Forwarding of release notes to QA and Traffic after receipt from TPI.
• Attend PIM and record special request by project upon request.
• Render support when required on administration for planning department.
• Convert planned order to purchase requisitions when there is new requirement,
• Deplete global excess inventory as per company's inventory policy.
• Responsible in managing short end raw inventory.
• Finding potential usage through substitution and allocating short ends through PIR setting.
• Work with finance to perform cost roll for dummy PO.
• Coordinate with order planner, incoming QC and QA's request for incoming inspection.
• Request IE to create routing for incoming inspection by TPI

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in in Supply Chain, Engineering or Manufacturing
• Experience in manufacturing environment or related field
• Strong excel skills.
• Strong team player and able to work well with all functions.
• Able to adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities.
• Knowledge in SAP will be be a plus
