Loan Executive / Credit Analyst
Job Purpose:
To assess the credit worthiness of potential customers and growing client’s in-house loan business within their risk appetite.
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the overall credit worthiness of potential customers;
- Ensure compliance with credit policies rules and procedures;
- Attend to customers/stakeholders’ enquiries and address their concerns;
- Perform full spectrum of car loan applications; including and not restricted to account creation, credit and KYC checks, liaising with banks/financial institutions/repossession agent, repayment reminder calls etc.;
- Perform loan portfolio analysis, management reports;
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma Holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience;
- Strong service orientation and good interpersonal skills;
- Advanced in Microsoft Office and numeracy skills;
- A team player, meticulous, resourceful and analytical;
- Able to multi-task in a team environment while able to work independently.
