Your Role:

As a senior events executive, you will work closely with the Events Team but will be liaising and working with all departments to help plan events and deliver incredible events. • Contribute to content and event ideas for all types of events from F&B promotions and themed parties to more unique events capturing the passions of our members

Job Description

Accounts Receivable – Snr Exec / Assistant Mgr

Overview:

· Oversee all Account Receivables (aka Membership & Events Finance), including Sales, Events and Membership Finance functions.

· Manage a junior team member, providing guidance and support as needed.

· Verify and ensure Members' accounts are up-to-date and accurate, and that queries and issues are managed and dealt with, with a high degree of service-orientation.

Other responsibilities:

· Control & Month-end

o Maintain month-end and periodic reconciliations and checks of AR balances.

o Investigate and resolve discrepancies with the broader teams.

o Ensure all month-end closing activities are completed on time.

o Prepare and post AR-related General Ledger accounting entries.

o Prepare quarterly balance sheet schedules.

o Assist with year-end audits.

o Ensure adequate controls maintained around physical cash.

o Reconcile accounting systems with other operational systems.

· Analysis & Insight

o Perform income analysis for F&B & Spa sales.

Membership & Community Admin Assistant

JOB SUMMARY:

The Membership & Community Admin Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to our membership team from onboarding new members to providing our team with support in building our communities through events. The Membership & Community admin assistant will sit within the membership team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Membership & Community Events:
