Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of HR operations and provide support to the business units.
• Work closely with the business heads to advise and support for all HR operational related matters.
• Responsible for establishing and improving the company's human resources management system and effectively implementing it, including recruitment, applying work pass, training, performance management, compensation, and employee relations, etc.
