Responsibilities:

• Manage to liaise and coordinate with project team and clients to provide sustainability services such as green building certification, carbon accounting, and ESG reporting.
• Lead the consultancy's efforts in providing clients with ESD, ESG, and Carbon Accounting services.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, guiding and supporting project teams, ensuring effective coordination and communication.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and project teams to raise awareness about green building practices and the benefits of sustainability.
• Oversee the successful execution and delivery of sustainability and certification projects, ensuring they meet client expectations, quality standards, and deadlines.

Requirements:

• MSc/Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Architecture, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the field of sustainability consulting.
• Strong knowledge of sustainability principles and ESG frameworks.
• Professional certification such as GMAP / GMAAP / LEED AP / WELL AP is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
