• Assist In producing marketing materials, including brochures, calendars, flyers, posters, banners etc.

• Sources and Liaise with suppliers and vendors to produce customised corporate gifts
• Create weekly Facebook posts for the different services in Active Global
• Film, edit and post TikTok videos to recruit caregivers and healthcare assistants based on viral TikTok trends.
• Support event coordination, including conferences, community events, outreach programs, set-up and manage booths etc.
• Handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining marketing calendars.
• Goodie bag packing and delivery

Requirements:

• Diploma in Marketing is an added advantage.
• 5 Days work week (weekends may be required)
• 0-1 year experience in a marketing role or an internship is preferable.
• Have some experience hands-on using social media platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Actively drive sales volume through quick follow-ups with potential clients.
• Provide accurate information to clients on policies, procedures and service.
• Strong case resolution skills to resolve client feedback and complaints on promised actions and that client needs are addressed in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Work closely with other managers to ensure that all MOH service requirements on financial and quality aspects are strictly adhered to through rigorous and constant internal checks.
• Ensuring that the logistics and operational capability of the centre runs smoothly.
• Ensuring timely and appropriate administration and documentation according to required law, processes and regulations.
• Participate & represent on behalf of the company’s services with confidence.
• Represent the centre in the absence of any management.
• Communicate clearly and appropriately with clients & business partners, always speaking with the understanding of tone and choice of words.

• Diploma or Degree in any field is welcome.
• 5-days work week. Rotational weekends (Sat & Sun) required.

• Reports directly to the CEO.
• Works closely in partnership with HR team members and organisation's core leadership team.
• Direct responsibility in driving recruitment efforts for locals.
• Initiate innovative recruiting strategies through various means (Community outreach, Social Media etc)
• Continuous posting of job ads on all recruitment platforms.
• Arrange interviews for candidates at the earliest possible timings with relevant managers.
• Answering queries from candidates very fast, especially on our Facebook recruitment page.
• Signing up and attending job fairs for local recruitment.
• Prepare necessary onboarding processes and documentation.
• Handles onboarding, orientation, handling welfare matters of staff to the organisation.
• Proactively makes sure that all staff have taken the necessary trainings for compliance and identify further training and opportunities working cooperatively with department heads.
• Clear and tidy documentation of HR, trainings, competencies and other relevant documents.
• Assist in handling other HR duties when required.
