Adecco is partnering with a Accounting Service firm to look for an administrative professional to support the business in running day to day operations. The selected candidate can expect a steady career growth and learning opportunities.
The Job:
- Reporting to the Managing Partner
- Supporting on Office Administrative and Accounting team
- Preparing of service quotations, sales admin process such as billing/payment
- Managing inbound and outbound enquiries via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, or social platform messages
The Talent:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- 1-2 years of working experience in relevant administrative field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude, organized and detailed oriented
