Manage and support development and enhancements of Silver Generation Division (SGD) related Systems and Applications
- Review systems for continuous process improvements and provide inputs to system vendor based on end users’ feedback.
- Participate in User Acceptance Test (UAT) to ensure new functionalities are sufficient and working properly to meet business requirements.
- Coordinate SGD’s User Access Management (UAM) to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding to the system.
- Create and disseminate internal communications on system related matters to Satellite Offices.
Manage operations workflow and processes to support HQ and Satellite Offices’ ground operations
- Develop, review and improve work processes to support 17 Satellite Offices in executing daily operations smoothly.
- Develop, disseminate and document operational and schemes instructions/ processes to Satellite Offices.
- Plan, implement and support major SGD projects and pilots with a short timeline.
- Work with other HQ functions to implement data collection, progress tracking and analysis of data for projects.
Manage and support Satellite Offices, AIC Divisions and partners in initiatives to drive social-health integration outcomes at HQ level
- Develop, review and improve work processes to support 17 Satellite Offices, AIC Divisions and partners in new and ongoing initiatives.
- Develop, disseminate and document operational instructions/ processes of the initiatives to Satellite Offices.
- Work with Satellite Offices, AIC Divisions and partners to implement data collection, progress tracking and analysis of data for the initiatives.
Provide administrative and logistics support for Satellite Offices’ daily operations at HQ level
- Plan and coordinate timely administrative and logistical support for Satellite Offices.
- Support finance manager and perform monthly audit checks OPA preparation and payments.
- Support administrative duties assigned at HQ level.
Manage and provide support on AIC schemes-related matters and other related nationwide projects
- Ensure timely communication to Satellite Offices on schemes related matters.
- Ensure that process is applicable to Satellite Offices’ daily operations and work with organisation/AIC division administering the scheme to customise for SGD’s purposes.
Job Requirement:
- Degree in any discipline, healthcare, social work or counselling related field will be an advantage
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with experience in healthcare, social services or community engagement. Candidates with no relevant experience may apply too.

- Strong ability to mobilise people into action
