Manage the AIA-SG Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing team responsible for delivering the following services to AIA-SG, including Security Architecture:

Application Security

• Design and/or review application security architecture proposal for various security-driven initiatives or business-driven initiatives for on-premise and cloud environment.
• Manage external third-party for application penetration testing engagements.

Infrastructure Security

Cloud Security

Information Security Architecture

• Design and/or review authentication and authorization flow of the applications, whether it is aligned with security best practices and organization's IT security technology policy & procedure in terms of the strength of access controls, session management, cache management, cookie management, token management, cryptographic algorithm, and information/data protection.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• University degree in one of the following or related disciplines (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, Information Systems).

About the Role

The main objectives of this position are to manage general account and ILP funds that invest in external mandates/funds within Equities, reporting to the Head of Global Equities, in order to consistently deliver alpha from investments in equity markets, with a focus on risk control as per agreed volatility budget/constraints of each portfolio.

The Global Equity team will collaborate with relevant investment professionals to develop appropriate mandates for equity portfolios, execute portfolio management, and report performance attributes to stakeholders.

The team is expected to work seamlessly and manage communications with Group Investment, Business Divisions and AIAIM to achieve its objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Work hand-in-hand with the Head of Global Equities to manage and construct outsourced equity portfolios, from idea generation/fund selection to investment due diligence and portfolio construction, to meet the portfolio’s overall risk and return targets.
• Provide regular analysis and assessment of the portfolio, including regular manager review, including where needed to develop tools and reports to handle risk and performance
• Build research expertise and develop analytical tools to support decision making and propose recommendations and solutions required for global equities allocation
• Keep abreast of relevant global developments in the capital markets so as to help in idea generation for the overall portfolio and provide the Global equities team’s input into the Listed equities process.
• Actively contribute to the Group’s TAA process to aid formulation of factor/regional views from a global equity context as well as provide an outlook on equity markets.
• Report portfolio performance and attribution to BU CIO and stakeholders
• Be both a teammate and a coach/mentor for the other team members as the team grows and expands

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of funds selection/research experience
• 2 years’ experience in an asset allocation/portfolio manager role.
• Strong expertise in Equities demonstrated by a well-defined and consistent investment process, with a demonstrated success of investment performance.
• Outstanding technical proficiency, understanding of investment strategies and their implications, as well as implementation and value enhancement strategies in the physical, fund and derivative markets.
• Strong operational understanding, experience with transition management and familiarity with tactical trading or risk mitigation overlays.
• Experience working with or in an Insurance AMCO a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and engagement skills. Outstanding reputation as a great teammate.
• Post graduate degree in business, finance, economics or related fields, CFA preferred.

About the Role

Responsible for maximising the sales of AIA products and services through a network of agents to meet individual / team quotas and AIA business objectives.

Job ResponsIbilities

The incumbent will be responsible for delivering agency growth along with development objectives through close partnership with Agency force.    

• Foster and deepen rapport with agency groups assigned to meet and exceed growth targets in terms of sales productivity and manpower numbers.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities or leads generation ideas to create sales platforms.

• Involve and work on special initiatives to drive Company’s strategic objectives towards Digitalisation and Customer centric agency culture.

• Drive and implement company initiatives for agency including agency recognition events and agency campaigns.

  Drive desired product mix to achieve best needs basis for customers.

• Work with agency groups assigned to uphold compliance and competency standards

• Liaise with Operational teams for new business applications.

Job Requirement 

• Degree, preferably in Business Administration or Financial Services 

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the Financial Services Industry

• Good understanding of the insurance industry and products

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Serve as the primary contact to any cyber security incident within the Department for AIASG and to perform vital functions in identifying, mitigating, reviewing, documenting, and reporting findings to management, run IMT meetings and evaluate potential information security risks and ensures their corresponding risk exposures are appropriately addressed such that the company's image and value are protected. Enhance our cyber security readiness for cyber security incidents and uplift our capabilities to tackle the future emerging cyber risks. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: This role includes responsibilities of managing 3 team members and overseeing operations, subsidiaries, assigned POA over specific matters and/or other appointments such as Data Protection Officer Maintain an oversight of all the alerts from FINTECH, MASNET, Group Cyber SOC for AIASG and provide support to incident response personnel to ensure all deliverables are met within SLAs. Maintain an oversight of related security posture and baseline and ensure related vulnerabilities are remediated timely as per established standard to minimize risk exposures. Drive local security projects and group security project facilitation. Develop and maintain local incident response playbooks and other detection/response related standard operating procedures to ensure compliant to the MAS regulations. Act for the incident response action approval chain and support any incident response obligation for third parties. Respond to computer security incidents according to established response processes, leverages subject matter expertise where established processes do not exist. Acts as a subject matter expert regarding CSIRT incident response processes from local perspective. Provides guidance to other stakeholders during the incident response process and follow & track all the remediation actions till incident closure. Chair local IMT (Incident Management Team) calls and keep senior management and stakeholder updates on the progress of cyber incident management. Identify and manage potential and actual operational issues within the incident detection/response domain and take corrective action whenever required Work as a liaison between the SOC Team, other departments, and upper management for AIASG and potentially local regulators Manage relationships with our customers' and third parties' tech incident teams and frequently interact with client management for any security incident related queries. Work closely with the Group SOC team to manage ongoing service delivery and onboarding of local process within the SOC alignment and compliant to the local regulations. Level and type of budgetary or financial control of the position, responsible for budget of Information Security and Governance unit. Other quantitative / qualitative measures, e.g. time, quality, feedback, etc., that are tied to the objective of the area of responsibilities. Downward trend in cyber security incidents and less DP incidents. Uplift Cyber Security process, controls and maturity level for Cyber Security Incident. Support for the Cyber Security score in the annual MAS CRAFT report.
