The Crane Operators are responsible for keeping their equipment well maintained and safe, prior to operating the equipment. In addition, the Crane Operator must constantly inspect the crane cables and hooks for signs of wear and tear and ensure that the weight loads and lifting capacities are not exceeded.

Job Description:
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for coordinating with classification society and Brazilian regulatory consultants to achieve project deliverables related to classification and regulatory compliance. Role Purpose

The Construction Quality Data Clerk is assigned to Construction Yard, reports to Construction Quality Manager and is responsible for:

• Maintaining PTW Status and Display Board of all Permits and Certificates in use
• Signing the permit confirming that there are no clashes with other ongoing activities within the areas the new or revalidated work is to be performed.
• Keeping Affected Parties aware of the permits status. Maintaining records of such communication.
• Suspending and re-issuing the permit for sanction to test within PTW process.
• Attending Risk Assessment meetings when required.
• Acting as focal point for all matters relating to Permit Issue and Permit Control.

Requirement:

Responsibilities:

• Plan the resources and activities related to the discipline in order to provide effective support to the Product Lines/Project/Operation/Site.
• Drive actively the consistent implementation of the management system across assigned location/scope.
• Be the HSSE focal point for the discipline and location/scope and represent the Company towards external stakeholders.
• Promote and embed strong leadership, positive behaviour and culture across assigned location/scope.
• Lead the department employees and ensure they have the right (level of) competencies to deliver the work results in time and within budget. Oversee resource allocation, employee development and talent development.

Job Requirements:

• Recognized formal safety qualification equivalent to the NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health Also recognized formal qualification in Environmental Management Systems (i.e., OHSAS 18001/ISO 14001).
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas / FPSO Operations with at least 5 years HSSE experience.
• Strong technical/site experience with relevant HSSE qualifications or HSSE management experience.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing management systems.

Responsibilities:

• Run weekly reports using Quality Management Platform.
• Ensure Quality Action Plans are completed by account leaders for business interruptions.
• Baseline service KPI thresholds for accounts and verify goal lines are accurate.
• Create monthly compliance reports and follow up with account leaders on open items.
• Maintain project trackers and deliverables for QA activities.
• Coordinate account training calls for process updates and rollouts.
• Maintain internal contact lists of verticals and accounts for timely QA follow ups.
• Attend quality related account calls as a QA representative and bring back action items to the QA team.
• Help maintain internal Document Management System and Process Document Landing Page.

Overall Job Purpose

• Develops and maintains appropriate project risk management procedures, processes and tools in compliance with the Company risk management framework and policy.

Core Responsibilities

• Leads development and implementation of Project Risk Management plan and controls through tools, processes, procedures and systems for MOPS to manage risks effectively for assigned project/s.
• Prepare and facilitate Risk workshops (internal and external), review meetings and other ad-hoc or Risk-related workshops to support Project Control Managers and Project teams.
• Plans and conducts audits of policy and compliance to standards, including liaison with internal and external auditors (where applicable).
• Provides support and training to build risk awareness and competency within Projects and organization.
• Consolidates Project Risk registers in Risk database, updates and maintains data for further analysis and reference.
• Provides regular organization risk status reports to management and performs data analytics at Portfolio-level to maximize end-to-end Life Cycle Value (LCV)
• Supports Proposal and FEED projects (when assigned) on Risk management activities during bids and proposals to facilitates the definition of risk contingencies and risk response actions.
• Collaborate with Project Control teams (Project Controls Manager, Planners and Cost
• Controllers) to prepare and perform Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) to model Risk exposure and determine cost and schedule contingencies.
• Collaborate with Project MOC coordinator and relevant stakeholders to assess impacts and risks from associated change/s.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Management, and/or any other relevant field of studies.

Certification(s)

• Risk management related certification from a recognized Association e.g. PMIRMP, RIMS-CRMP, PRM, etc an added advantage
• PMP, PRINCE2 an added advantage

Relevant Experience

• More than 8 years of experience in a Project-related field in a similar environment or 5 years of direct Risk Management experience at Project or Enterprise level (an added advantage).
• Experience in championing and driving improvements into an organization through process changes.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills and logical thinking.
• Experienced in facilitating workshops with internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Ensure all candidates screened possess the correct skillset experience and qualifications.
• Use all available resources and networks to successfully source new candidates (Job Boards, LinkedIn etc.) for active and prospective opportunities.
• Constantly source candidate pools across the PIE (Process, Infrastructure, Energy) to ensure a “live” network of candidates are available to react to any new requirements that may arise.
