We are looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (Migration Engineer) to join us!

• Work with Agency IT on the IT onboarding and enablement of Agencies' endpoint to the central architecture in a phased approach, ensuring a smooth transition for each agency.
• Work closely with Agency IT to whitelist network access for applications, including network configuration changes, connectivity testing, troubleshooting, and integration with SSO, to ensure seamless integration to the central architecture.
• Work with Agency IT on the device provisioning process using Windows Autopilot and coordinate the central provisioning of laptops, if applicable.
• Work with Agency IT to troubleshoot app packaging issues and ensure the compatibility and functionality of the applications on the new endpoint solution.

Requirements

• Comfortable with a 1.5-year direct contract
• At least 5 years of experience in the above domain areas
• Proven track record of large-scale ICT migration projects, particularly in the deployment of endpoint, end user services, or security solutions.
• Good understanding of endpoint management, endpoint security, and network solutions including Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, M365 services, Entra ID, SSE technologies, DNS, and network architecture.
• Experience in network troubleshooting for endpoints and applications.

We are looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (Kubernetes, Redhat Openshift) to join us! This will be on a 3 year contract (subjected to extension).

You will be working on:

• Design, deploy, and optimize Kubernetes clusters using the Nvidia software stack to support large language model applications. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Nvidia GPU resources effectively within Kubernetes environments, ensuring optimal performance. 
• Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) for Nvidia GPU configurations, focusing on scalability and high availability. 
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to both Kubernetes clusters and Nvidia GPU resources to maintain a reliable and performant infrastructure. 
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies related to Kubernetes and the Nvidia GPU ecosystem. 
• Work closely with development teams to automate deployment processes, leveraging Nvidia GPU capabilities, and streamline workflows. 
• Implement security best practices to safeguard Kubernetes environments, Nvidia GPU resources, and sensitive data. 
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide timely response to incidents, minimizing downtime for language model applications. 
• Contribute to capacity planning and performance tuning activities, considering the demands of large-scale language model applications utilizing Nvidia GPU acceleration. 
• Document infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures, facilitating knowledge sharing and team member onboarding. 

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing on-premises infrastructure solutions.
• Strong knowledge of server virtualisation, storage systems and network infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native technologies and deployment strategies.
• Proven experience designing, deploying, and managing Kubernetes clusters such as SUSE Rancher, RedHat OpenShift
• Strong understanding of containerization concepts such as Docker, orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Nvidia GPU acceleration technologies. 
• Proficiency in scripting, automation and configuration management using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or similar.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code principles and tools (e.g., Helm, Kubernetes manifests). 
• Experience with large-scale language model applications, particularly leveraging Nvidia GPU acceleration, is highly desirable. 
• Solid knowledge of networking concepts, Kubernetes networking models, and integration with Nvidia GPU resources. 
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to system optimization. 
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration in a team-oriented, agile environment.

We are looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (Migration Engineer) to join us!

• Work with Agency IT on the IT onboarding and enablement of Agencies’ endpoint to the central architecture in a phased approach, ensuring a smooth transition for each agency.
• Work closely with Agency IT to whitelist network access for applications, including network configuration changes, connectivity testing, troubleshooting, and integration with SSO, to ensure seamless integration to the central architecture.
• Work with Agency IT on the device provisioning process using Windows Autopilot and coordinate the central provisioning of laptops, if applicable.
• Work with Agency IT to troubleshoot app packaging issues and ensure the compatibility and functionality of the applications on the new endpoint solution.

• Comfortable with a 1.5-year direct contract
• At least 5 years of experience in the above domain areas
• Proven track record of large-scale ICT migration projects, particularly in the deployment of endpoint, end user services, or security solutions.
• Good understanding of endpoint management, endpoint security, and network solutions including Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, M365 services, Entra ID, SSE technologies, DNS, and network architecture.
• Experience in network troubleshooting for endpoints and applications.
• Candidate who can start work within short notice is preferred.

Responsibilities:

You will plan, implement and manage the following IT infrastructure to support the digitalisation requirements of the organisation and the maritime community:

A brief summary of your job responsibility:

• Possess in-depth knowledge and technical skill maintaining, administering, configuring networks firewalls, routers, switches, Network Access Control (NAC) and load balances appliances. 
• Understand enterprise firewalls, routing and switching topology with ability to maximise network efficiency and security 
• Manage vendors and sub-contractors to carry out network configuration, administer network tools and provide network reports and statistics where needed 
• Work with infrastructure manager to provide advice and solution to application teams in system and application rollout. 
• Expand and modernise our current network to support the expanding scope of digital MPA services 
• Implement and support the network infrastructure for MPA IT application migration into new servers and Government Commercial Cloud (GCC)) 
• Streamline and automate existing processes to cut down manual work and ensure better compliance to GovTech IM8 and AIISA audits, and CSA CCOP Audit for CII systems 
• Perform network monitoring and troubleshooting. 
• Plan and implement network upgrades and patches to the latest version. 

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

• CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification or equivalent.
• CCNP Enterprise or CCNP or Data Centre certification will be an added advantage. 
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Cisco, Checkpoint, Palo Alto firewall and data centre network products in a sizeable enterprise deployment. 
• Experience in network automation and network management platform will be an added advantage.
