Highlights:

• Contract duration: 6 months contract (July 2024 – December 2024)
• Salary range: $13.50/hr - $17/hr (based on experience and education)
• Working location: Braddell MRT & Bencoolen MRT
• Working hours: Monday – Friday, 5pm – 10pm

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service & coordination, and coordinating for classes.
• Able to do basic troubleshooting of IT equipment (e.g.: laptop, projector).
• Able to work during centre operation hours (weekday nights)

Key responsibilities:

• Set up classroom logistics for onsite or online lessons.
• Manage refreshments, including setup of refreshments.
• Communicate with instructors and students regarding any ad-hoc adjustments of lesson schedules.
• Communicate and coordinate with substitute instructors.
• Provide admin support for lesson-related activities and other matters.
• Other duties as assigned.
