Key Responsibilities

• Event planning, management, and successful delivery, including conferences, virtual and live national events, commencement dinner, exhibitions, and student events
• Manage and coordinate with event organisers, corporate communications and administrators from different healthcare clusters and multinational organisations
• Creation of marketing collaterals and dissemination to target audience especially on social media platforms
• Speaker management and serves as point of contact for all stakeholders to run the national level event
• Negotiates and coordinates services with events, catering, venue, website and other logistical vendors
• Ability to think strategically, creatively and manage projects from initiation to completion, including agency management, planning, budgeting, timeline management, coordination, resource allocation, and digital integration.
• Overseeing event setup and production, ensuring efficient supplier and contractor management.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing/Events Management or any related field.
• Min 1 years experience in events management/designing marketing collaterals, website update.
• Proficient in using Wordpress, Canva or any designing tools for designing collaterals & website update.

Job Description:

• Attend to feedback and enquiries from members of public received from the organization’s channels such as emails, online feedback system, and calls
• Provide interim replies to cases received
• Work closely with relevant policy divisions and other public agencies to resolve issues raised by members of public
• Monitor progress of cases to ensure they are closed within required service standards
• Assist in collating data and providing analysis on cases received by the organization for quarterly reports

Job Requirements:

• Only Singaporean.
• Minimum Diploma in any related discipline.
• Prior experience in customer service, is preferred.
