About the Role :

To support the GWS Local business by educating, influencing and advising key stakeholders on commercial best practices in order to contribute to the long-term growth and profitability of the business in line with the wider GWS Local business strategy.

The Commercial role dedicated to GWS Local to support new and existing business and growth together with providing day-to-day support to the Local team and accounts. Be the subject matter expert on the commercial agreements, including but not limited to: commercial terms, areas of risk and reward, operational compliance, cost control, financial responsibilities and liabilities, milestone obligations. Work with the business subject matter experts (SMEs) and legal team to support the GWS Local business.

Take the lead on the commercial position of the accounts, including attending regular customer meetings, review meetings, reporting and rolling out commercial training as well as developing bespoke training for the large accounts as required.

Support the transition of new wins, including the education and influence of the operational and procurement teams in managing, mitigating and flowing down risk, managing change on the accounts, supporting change and sharing best practice.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Regional Alliance Director. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and driving the alliance between CBRE and our esteemed client in the financial services industry. Based in Singapore, you will oversee the APAC region and collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure the success of the alliance.

JOB SUMMARY

This role will be responsible for oversight and management of service lines provided to a client of CBRE, balancing client priorities in the areas of cost, business and operational risk. This role is crucial in building and maintaining strong client relationships and will participate in expanding the growth of the account.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Acts as the single point of contact in region for account operations ensuring total contract compliance. This includes reaching all key performance indicators including quantitative cost savings and qualitative customer service specifications.

Job Summary

The Associate Commercial Director reports to the Head of Commercial, APAC Enterprise Accounts. Responsible for managing aspects of the pricing and risk function including but not limited to pricing of single and multidisciplinary outsourcing deals across the APAC region, providing commercial rigour and governance, business partnering with sales and other relevant stakeholders and undertaking special projects.

Key Responsibilities and duties:

• Participates in pursuits, solutioning, expansions, re-tenders and retention strategies working with Ops teams and client solutions to improve structure, commercial review and timelines of submissions

• Provide and own the governance requirements around commercial functions within our business, engaging with the appropriate stakeholders and obtaining the appropriate approvals to proceed

• Ability to identify commercial and operational risks, highlight the risks and propose mitigating strategies

• New accounts within APAC typically involve people transfers, the reengineering of the management staff and supply chain, achievement of overall savings profiles. They may form part of a larger global engagement.
