The Role

• Manage the payroll system and performing payroll duties, including identifying, verifying and resolving discrepancies for payroll
• Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly or payroll cycles as per company schedules, including income tax, reimbursements, CPF payments, and tax filings for both local and foreign employees
• Ensure timely submission of monthly CPF payments, tax filing for both local (Form IR8A) and foreign employees (Form IR21)
• Liaising with statutory bodies – IRAS, MOM, CPF, etc.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employees’ payroll-related inquiries
• Prepare and submit surveys (MOM, CPF, SNEF, IMDA, Department of Statistics Singapore, etc.)
• Handle government claims and grants (e.g. NS/ Maternity/ Paternity/ PSG, etc)
• Assist in the preparation of payroll reports for management and payroll audits.
• Conduct regular review on payroll and HR processes to ensure adherence to compliance standards
• Participating in continuous change management and payroll process streamlining
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Provide backup support for the Payroll Manager in their absence

About You

• Knowledge in Frontier e-HR System is an added advantage

The Role

• Execute all stages of consumer-centric product development from benchtop prototypes, consumer testing, pilot plant trials, and formula commissioning at full-scale manufacturing:
• Create, review, and document recipe build-up, process flows and final product information to ensure that Own Brand products are kept in record and be consistently delivered to our customers.
• Develop and manage efficiently multiple project timelines, budgets and product development activities and regular communication with all stakeholders
• Identify capabilities needed including equipment, ingredients, or skills within the partner facilities.
• Work with QA, marketing, and other internal stakeholders on finished product design, including but not limited to formulation, packaging, trials, commercialization, media events etc.

About You

• Diploma in Food related discipline and/or Culinary Science and/or Food Services (Culinary)

The Role

Supporting the Payroll Manager, you will handle the full spectrum of payroll function and ensure accurate and timely administration of pay

• Process monthly payroll including overtime, allowance, no-pay leave, claims, statutory and other employee payments
• Submit NS make-up pay, maternity and childcare leave claims
• Prepare overpayment recovery letters to resigned staff to claim overpayment due to resignation
• Prepare monthly payroll journals, reports, accruals & cost charging to Finance
• Prepare and send out electronic payslips

The Role

• To ensure current and new property leases including subleasing and concessionaires are managed in a sustainable format and aligned with company budgetary objectives by;

THE ROLE

Working as a Legal Counsel advising the Company on legal matters relating to the Company’s business operations and ensuring the Company’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Draft, review and negotiate wide variety of commercial agreements such as leases, service agreements, e-commerce agreements, partnership agreements, collaboration agreements, marketing promotion agreements, etc.;
• Conduct research and advise on general legal and other specific issues relating to the Company’s business activities including intellectual property rights, personal data protection, payment services, food safety and technical, pharmaceutical related matters such as tele-pharmacy, employment law and consumer rights, etc.;

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Finance Director – SG Food, your responsibility is to build a strong business partnership relationship with the leadership for food business in Singapore, becoming a trusted and valued member of their teams. • Shape the role of financial business partnership in Southeast Asia by developing trusted relationship with the leadership to identify and deliver initiatives to grow volumes and profitability.
• Lead the annual budget and rolling forecasts of overall banner/store P&L, balance sheet and cash flow, by partnering closely with the leadership team and collaborating with other FBPs and finance functions. ABOUT YOU
