The Department and position

The department is responsible for development and maintenance of Capital Market applications used by worldwide users.

“Run the bank” is the first mission of IT department. It involves many frontline IT professionals who understand the nature of business operations, timing of activities & data flowing through internal and external systems. They are continuously working with business users, infrastructure engineer and system managers.

The role will focus primarily on the build and delivery in-house component platform in line with the major global projects with a high value budget. You will lead and keep engage 10 to 15 team members composed by business analyst, technical lead, software developers and Application support.

Main responsibilities

You will ensure the role of Delivery leader in Singapore leading a team in charge of Post Trade Credit IT systems for the filiere Bonds or RSF, directly reporting to head of section Post Trade.

Delivery Leader is responsible for the IT delivery of his team. He ensures the proper functioning of the team, promotes continuous improvement, cooperation and autonomy. He is in charge of removing obstacles from Team roadmap.

In line with this, you will be fully accountable and responsible of your team’s deliveries on schedule, in conformance to the bank’s policies and standards and within agreed levels of quality.

Qualifications and Profile

Mandatory

• At least 10 years in Software development or DevOps team

• At least 5 years in application support leadership

Summary of the position:

• The HRBP & Payroll and Operations Specialist is a key member of the HR team and will report to C&B, HRIS and Operations Director with matrix reporting to HRBP,Singapore Branch.

ISAP/ITS Department Overview

ISAP IT Production Centre is an offshore delivery center managing IT Operations (RUN) for Europe and Asia. It constitutes one of two main hubs for CA-CIB IT production teams.

ISAP IT Production Centre is split in 4 departments covering the following aspects:

• Application Services & Operations
• Middleware Services
• End Users and Transverse Services

Job Summary

He/She will be a technical RUN expert for all Unix/Linux services in CA-CIB. As such, he/she will provide BAU support and act as the last level of escalation point for all production support activities within the Unix/Linux team in Singapore. He/She is accountable for the overall health and stability of the technical solutions within his scope. He/She has to work effectively with technical peers such as architects, peer experts and project teams on technology road maps and projects. The Department

Capital Markets IT (CMI) is the IT department within the bank focused on solutions related to Capital Markets. Capital Markets IT involves technology solutions and systems used in financial markets for trading, investment, and related activities. This includes electronic trading platforms, risk management systems, market risk, counterparty risk, algorithmic trading, data analytics, and Regulatory measures. The use of advanced technologies like cloud and artificial intelligence is also becoming increasingly prevalent in capital markets to enhance efficiency and decision-making processes.

Main Responsibilities

As part of the IS Strategy the Principal Engineering Architect coordinates the elaboration of the IS Strategy, in partnership with the Head of IT Division and the Head of division. You ensure its consistency with the global CMI and GMD IS Strategy and its execution within CMI – led by CMI Architecture Team.

Mandatory

Computer Security Incident Response Team Expert (CSIRT Expert)

CSIRT Expert is a technical expert role within the Asia Information System Security (ISS) Team, Singapore, functionally aligned to Group’s ISS CSIRT team in Head Office, France.

ASIA ISS team oversees and supervise the Information System Security related matters in the region, including cybersecurity monitoring (SOC), incident response (CSIRT) and responding to each country's regulation proactively.

The ASIA ISS CSIRT oversees detection, control and reporting of cyber incidents when it occurs and work closely with IT Operations team to recover and restore the systems that are affected by the security incident.

In this role, CSIRT Expert role will be responsible for respondingand managing end to end Security Incident Management Lifecycle: Incident Identification, Triage, Containment, Eradication, Recovery and Lesson Learnt. Problem Management

• Ensure that the Problem Manager plays a pivotal role in building a problem management procedure for the support teams to follow.

Run Quality

• Work with different teams such as the Permanent Control to track and ensure an efficient implementation of General Inspection recommendations for internal and external audit

• Oversee and follow-up on Audit recommendations by collaborating with ISAP and relevant parties (CACIB, CAGIP and RPC teams)

• Ensure all flash card of cosmos are reviewed for accuracy with clear documentation of execution steps

Summary
