Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day project operation
• Ensure works are carry in accordance with construction drawing, specification, shop drawing and method statement
• Provide solutions to improve on work methods
• Daily update to project manager on work progress during site meeting
• Assist project manager in project preparation and implementation
• Conduct safety inspections and enforce good housekeeping practices of materials and equipment
• Responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient workplace environment
• Lead a group of workers, arrange their daily works and maintain daily productivity record

Requirements:

• Possess at least NITEC in Engineering or relevant trades, Candidates who possess National Certificate in Construction Supervision will have an added advantage
• At least 5 years’ relevant working experience in construction industry
• Experience as Site Agent/Sub Agent in large infrastructure project, including LTA / MRT project and tunnel work
• Good safety knowledge and attitude
• Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude
• Strong business acumen with strong analytical skills
• Strong negotiation and planning skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute public relations initiatives such as public engagement events, guided site tours, and briefing for projects’ key stakeholders
• Draft press releases, statements, articles, and publicity materials for project

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive tender and baseline programs, manpower charts, resources charts, and equipment charts.
• Collaborate with the Project Team to formulate project start-up and execution plans, which includes programming plans, program narratives, and program write-ups.
• Generate S-Curves, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and dashboards to effectively monitor project progress.
• Plan and consistently update target programs and micro programs.
• Prepare scope appreciation presentation.
• Monitor construction program progress and produce monthly and weekly progress reports.
• Keep updated on the construction industry practices and standards and recommend ways to improve the planning and scheduling systems.

Requirements

• A relevant bachelor’s degree in an Engineering Discipline
• At least 10 years of experience in planning and scheduling for the construction industry.
• Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project software.
• Good knowledge of construction in building, civil and infrastructure construction sequence.
• Demonstrate ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong independent work ethic and self-motivation.
• Familiar with LTA programme requirements will be an advantage.
