Introduction

This role is to provide effective leadership to drive a systematic approach to risk identification, mitigation and safety management through engineering solutions, communicate and mentor other engineers on site-wide Safety policies and processes and compliance with all local environmental, health and safety laws.

Your Job

• Conduct the necessary risk assessments and workplace Safety and health training of other engineers and employees to enhance their safety and health knowledge and technical capability;
• Supervise and conduct the audits of departments, contractors, suppliers and waste vendors in conjunction with other functional partners and stakeholders and follow up corrective actions. Coordinate audits related to ISO14001/45001, Responsible Business Alliance, Regulatory and Customer requirements.
• Establish and maintain Safety specifications, standards and programs including but not limited to process safety, accident and injury prevention, Safety inspections, emergency preparedness programs, MHI/PSM, regulatory licenses and permits, compliance, targets and objectives.
• Recommend and implement engineering controls, operating procedures and other methods to eliminate or reduce hazards affecting Safety and health.
• Maintain EHS-related systems including chemical management, gas detection and calibration, permit-to-work, management of budget / contract / schedule / troubleshooting and personnel as required.
• Investigate and follow up on incidents and any Safety concerns and identify trends and analyses for preventing the recurrence.
• Maintain existing and creating new workplace Safety and health systems and communication to improve workplace Employee engagement within EHSS aspects.
• Ensure requirements of the applicable regulations e.g. Employment Act, Workplace Safety and Health Act, Regulations, Fire Safety Act, Radiation Safety Act, etc. are adhered to.
• Improve the execution of respective emergency preparedness plans and response teams’ training to address the likely types of emergencies that may occur at the site.
• Support site operations for the Safety and Emergency Response Department.

Introduction:

As a Digital Manufacturing Senior Analyst, you will support in the definition and alignment of digital aspirations among Fab leadership. In this role you will support in the collaboration, consolidation, refinement, and refreshment of Butterfly portfolio of use cases (source: bottom-up, outside in). Job Summary

Working in the COO Office, the ideal candidate will support the management of the cadence, systems, and metrics that drive operational excellence for the Global Operations organization, also including managing and keeping track of the status of the operational risks within GF Operations. • Some basic programming is needed for data analysis. Preferred python

Introduction

This job posting is looking for TD Process Integration engineer to work on differentiated technologies development and integration in, not limited to, 130nm through 40nm technodes. Position will include defining, developing, and implementing new differentiated technologies, driving the process development of new added features, interfacing with support/module teams and/or customers, driving towards qualifications and technology release for production.

Your Job​

• Driving the development (design and process) of new differentiated technologies such as precision passive devices, advance sensors, and niche products as added features.
• Execute and characterize the experimental splits to optimize the process margin and demonstrate the functionality and manufacturability of the new differentiated technologies
• Involved in new products tapeout and setup in proto lots to demonstrate functionality
• Run DOE and design experimental split plans for various tape-outs/products
• Identify and resolve process integration, design issues, and ET related problems

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Microelectronics/Electrical/Electronics/Chemical Engineering or Science in Physics/Material Engineering or related field
• Basic Understanding of device physics / electrical characterization / Failure Analysis
• Fluent in English Language both written & verbal and good presentation skills
• To work in GLOBALFOUNDRIES Singapore (100%)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge on silicon micro-fabrication process such as Lithography, Etch, PVD, CVD, etc will be an added advantage
• Good interpersonal skill, tactful, resourceful, possess initiative, good presentation skills
• Strong analytical, presentation and problem-solving skills using statistical tools such as JMP
