Job Purpose:
- Support the CFOO/Director, Finance Singapore in all finance and administration matters to allow the Singapore operations to achieve its strategic goals;
- Support the CFOO/Director, Finance Singapore in all regulatory and statutory reporting functions;
- Support the CFOO/Director, Finance Singapore in ensuring the Finance department is kept up to date and comply in the areas of Tax, Financial standards, Regulations, etc.
Job Description:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Ensuring quality and timely delivery of management financial reporting requirements, i.e. Management Financial Report and Head Office reports
- Support the Director, Finance Singapore in ensuring finance operational excellence through work process review and automation, if required.
- Maintenance of Fixed Asset register and depreciation.
- Ensure financial data integrity through monthly sub-ledgers to general ledger reconciliation and identify/rectify any system problems that have financial impact to the general ledger;
- Support the CFOO/ Director, Finance Singapore in ad-hoc finance projects, analytics and business case
Monthly
- Maintain currency tables
- Prepare Monthly Head Office Investment Report
- Preparation of treaty premium journals
- Pipeline premium (Gross and RI)
- HO Supplementary report – risk count and analysis
- MAS 109 – Outstanding S$ Credit facility
Quarterly
- Prepare MAS 129 – Quarterly Returns
- Prepare MAS 122 – Quarterly Returns
- Prepare MAS Income and Expenditure
- Prepare Audit Schedules for Audit file
Annual
- Prepare MAS 129 – Annual Returns (Unaudited and Audited)
- Prepare MAS 122 – Annual Returns
- Prepare MAS Survey of Services
- Prepare Tax Returns
- PPF returns
