Summary of Responsibilities/ Duties:

1. Perform cleaning functions in assigned areas following established schedules and using prescribed methods.

2. Assist in food preparation when required.

3. Collect and wash utensils and pantry cupboards and equipment according to set schedules.

4. Observe and reports equipment, furniture, building and fixtures in need of repair.

5. Update daily cleaning status accurately.

6. Maintain the cleaning chemicals and tools for the department.

7. Perform any other duties as required.

Education and Experience:

1. Primary Education /Certificate in Housekeeping preferably.

2. At least 2 years of experience in cleaning/housekeeping.

3. Location: Iyad Perdaus Jurong East (Singapore 600241)

Responsibilities/ Duties:

1. Plan and prepare the daily set up of the kitchen.

2. Maintain a record of balanced nutritional recipes according to Health Promotion Board’s guideline.

3. Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitary conditions throughout the working area including the utensils.

4. Ensure that kitchen store and other food storage equipment are kept clean and orderly

5. Maintain sufficient grocery for weekly needs.

6. Assist in general cleaning when required.

7. Perform monthly sanitising of all kitchen utensils.

8. Maintain and record checklist of all kitchen assets and ensure there are sufficient equipment to carry out duties effectively.

9. Perform any other duties as required.

Education and Experience:

1. At least Primary education.

2. At least 2 years of relevant experience as a chef in an early education centre.

3. Centre Location: Jurong East (600241)

2. Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education with > 6 years in EC.

3. Specialist/Advance Diploma in Leadership.

4. Degree in EC will be an added advantage.
